心外科患者实施人性化护理效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨对心外科患者行人性化护理干预的临床效果。方法 将2011 年2 月至2017 年1 月我院收治的148 例心外科 患者作为研究对象，随机分为人性化组和常规组，各64 例。对人性化组患者行人性化护理干预，对常规组患者行基础护理干 预，观察并比较两组护理满意度、护理前后症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分。结果 人性化组护理满意度为93.75%（60/64），显著 高于常规组的81.25%（52/64）（P<0.05）。护理后，两组患者的精神病性、偏执、强迫、躯体化、人际关系及焦虑、抑郁评分均降 低，且人性化组以上评分低于常规组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对心外科患者行人性化护理干预，不仅能够提高 患者对护满意度，同时，还能够在一定程度上改善患者的焦虑和抑郁等不良情况。

Effect analysis of humanized nursing in cardiac surgery patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of humanize d nursing intervention in cardiac surgery patients. Methods From February 2011 to January 2017, 148 cases of patients in the department of cardiac surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into humanized group and routine group, with 64 cases in each group. The humanized group was given humanized nursing intervention, and the conventional group was given basic nursing intervention, then the nursing satisfaction and symptom self -assessment scale (SCL -90) were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the humanized group was 93.75% (60/64), which was significantly higher than 81.25% (52/64) of the routine group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of psychosis, paranoid, compulsion, somatization, interpersonal relationship, anxiety and depression in both groups sinificantly decreased, and the above scores in the humanized group were lower than those in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients in the department of cardiac surgery, humanized nursing intervention can not only improve patients`` nursing satisfaction, but also improve patients`` anxiety and depression to a certain extent.
