肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征的中医护理干预效果

摘要：

目的 分析肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征中应用中医护理干预的临床效果。方法 选取我院2013 年1 月至2016 年1 月收治的 98 例肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各49 例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预，观察 组患者在对照组的基础上给予中医护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为100.00%，明显 高于对照组的89.80%（P<0.05）。观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的生活质量评分明显优于 对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中医护理干预能够有效改善肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，有助于提高患者的临床效果，对改善患者的生活质量具有积极的作用，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of TCM nursing intervention on liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency irritable bowel syndrome

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM nursing intervention on liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Ninety-eight liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency irritable bowel syndrome patients admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with TCM nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 89.80% of the control group (P<0.05). The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing intervention applied in liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency irritable bowel syndrome can improve the anxiety, depression, clinical effect and quality of life for the patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
