中医适宜技术对剖宫产后早期缺乳的护理干预效果

摘要：

目的 观察中医适宜技术在剖宫产后早期缺乳护理干预中的应用效果。方法 将我院收治的90 例产妇按照行剖宫产的 先后顺序分为对照组及干预组，每组45 例。对照组行产科常规母乳喂养护理，干预组在常规护理基础上采用耳穴埋豆、乳房按摩等中医适宜技术进行干预。比较两组产妇的泌乳始动时间与泌乳量评分。结果 干预组泌乳始动时间短于对照组（P<0.05）。产后2~4 d，两组产妇的泌乳量评分均高于产后1 d，且干预组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 使用中医适宜技术可有效改善剖 宫产产妇早期缺乳，增加泌乳量，并操作简单、经济快捷，值得临床推广应用。

Nursing intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology in early milk deficit after cesarean section

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the nursing intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology in early milk deficit after cesarean section. Methods Ninety cases of women in our hospital were divided into control group and intervention group in accordance with the order of cesarean section, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received obstetric routine breastfeeding nursing, and the intervention group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology such as ear acupoint massage and breast massage on the basis of the control group. The initial time of milk secretion and the scores of milk secretion amount in the two groups were compared. Results The initial time of milk secretion in the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). At 2 d to 4 d after childbirth, the scores of milk secretion amount in the two groups were higher than those at 1 d after childbirth, and those in the intervention group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology in maternal after cesarean section can effectively improve the early milk deficit, increase the amount of milk secretion. It is simple, economical and quick, which is worthy of clinical application.
