手术室术中护理对减少下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果研究

摘要：

目的 探究手术室术中护理对减少下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法 将我院2012年1月10日至2016年12月20日收治的70例手术患者作为研究对象，使用随机数字表法分成预防性护理组和一般护理组，各35 例。预防性护理组患者给予 预防性护理干预，一般护理组患者给予一般护理干预，比较两组手术患者的下肢深静脉血栓形成率、凝血指标及血小板参 数。结果 预防性护理组患者的下肢深静脉血栓形成率明显低于一般护理组（P<0.05）。术后5 d，预防性护理组的Fbg、D-D、PT 水平稍高于术前，但差异不显著（P>0.05）；一般护理组Fbg、D-D、PT 水平高于术前，且高于预防性护理组（P<0.05）。术后 5 d，两组患者的PLT 水平均降低，且预防性护理组低于对照组（P<0.05）；一般护理组的PDW、MPV 水平高于预防性护理组 和术前（P<0.05）。结论 对手术患者采取预防性护理，能显著降低患者发生下肢深静脉血栓形成的几率。

Effect of intraoperative nursing of operating room on reducing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of intraoperative nursing of operating room on reducing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods Seventy patients in our hospital from January 10, 2012 to December 20, 2016 were enrolled and divided into preventive nursing group (receiving preventive nursing intervention) and general nursing group (receiving general nursing intervention) according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, coagulation index and platelet parameters were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the preventive nursing group was lower than that in the general nursing group (P<0.05). After surgery for 5 d, the levels of Fbg, D-D, PT in the preventive nursing group were slightly higher than those before surgery, but the differences were not significant (P>0.05); the levels of Fbg, D-D, PT in the general nursing group were higher than those before treatment and those of preventive nursing group (P<0.05). After surgery for 5 d, the level of PLT decreased in both groups, and that of the preventive nursing group was lower than the general nursing group (P<0.05); the levels of PDW, MPV in the general nursing group were higher than those of the preventive nursing group and before surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion Preventive nursing of patients with surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in patients with lower limbs.
