品管圈在提高急诊预检分诊正确率中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨品管圈在提高急诊预检分诊正确率中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年2至2015年8 月收治的145例急诊患 者作为对照组，未实施品管圈；选取2015 年9 月至2016 年3 月收治的145 例急诊患者作为观察组，实施品管圈，分析比较两 组患者的分诊正确率和护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的分诊正确率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组 患者问询技巧、分诊服务态度、分诊熟练程度、分诊环境、温馨提示等满意度评分相比于对照组，观察组患者的护理满意度评 分明显更高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 品管圈在提高急诊预检分诊正确率中的应用效果显著，提升了急诊预检分 诊正确率，提高了护理满意度，改善了患者的症状和生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Application effect of quality control circle in improving emergency triage accuracy

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle (QCC) in improving emergency triage accuracy. Methods One hundred and forty -five cases of emergency patients from February 2015 to August 2015 were selected as the control group, which were not implemented QCC. One hundred and forty-five cases of emergency patients from September 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the observation group, which were implemented QCC. The triage accuracy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The triage accuracy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The patients``nursing satisfaction rates scores for the inquiry skills, diagnostic service attitude, degree of proficiency, consultation environment and warm tips, in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of QCC in improving emergency triage accuracy is very significant, which improves the triage accuracy, nursing satisfaction, patient``s symptoms and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
