宫颈糜烂患者LEEP 刀环切术后应用综合化护理的效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析宫颈糜烂患者LEEP 刀环切术后应用综合化护理的临床效果。方法 选择我院2015年1月至2016年11月行LEEP刀环切术治疗的74 例宫颈糜烂患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各37 例。两组均进行LEEP 刀环切 术，术后对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者采用综合化护理，观察两组患者的临床疗效、术后恢复时间和护理满意度。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率（97.30%）显著高于对照组（78.38%）（P<0.05）。观察组患者术后阴道流液时间和创面脱痂愈合时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者术后护理满意度（94.59%）显著高于对照组（75.68%）（P<0.05）。结论 宫颈糜 烂患者LEEP 刀环切术后采取综合化护理，有助于提高患者临床疗效和术后康复速度，临床应用价值较高，值得推广借鉴。

Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing in patients with cervical erosion after loop electrosurgical excision procedure

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with cervical erosion after loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP). Methods From January 2015 to November 2016, 74 patients with cervical erosion were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. LEEP was performed in the two groups; and after surgery, the control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group accepted comprehensive nursing. The clinical efficacy, postoperative recovery time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate (97.30% ) in the observation group was significantly higher than 78.38% in the control group (P<0.05). The time of postoperative vaginal fluid time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative nursing satisfaction in the observation group (94.59% ) was significantly higher than 75.68% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing used in patients with cervical erosion after LEEP is helpful to improve the patient``s clinical efficacy and postoperative recovery rate, which has high clinical value and is worthy of promotion and reference.
