早期护理干预对四肢骨折患者术后疼痛和并发症的影响观察

摘要：

目的 研究早期护理干预对四肢骨折患者术后疼痛和并发症的影响。方法 选取我院2014年7月至2016年7月收治的80例四肢骨折患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。观察组患者在实施常规护理的同时进行早期护理，而对照组患者仅采取常规护理方式，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 经不同方法护理后，观察组患者术后12、24、48、72 h 的疼痛评分均明 显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组中发生肢体肿胀2例、关节僵硬1例，并发症总发生率为7.50%（3/40）；对 照组发生肢体肿胀4 例，关节僵硬3 例，感染3 例，总发生率为25.00%（10/40）；观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 早期护理干预对减轻四肢骨折患者术后疼痛和减少并发症有积极作用。

Effect observation of early nursing intervention on pain and complications in patients after limb fracture surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of early nursing intervention on pain and complications in patients after limb fracture surgery. Methods Eighty patients with limb fractures admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomization, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given early nursing intervention as well as routine care, and the control group only took routine care. The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After using different nursing methods, the pain scores after surgery at 12, 24, 48 and 72 h in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were significant (P<0.05). It occurred 3 cases of limb swelling and 3 cases of joint stiffness in the observation group, and 4 cases of limb swelling, 3 cases of joint stiffness and 1 case of infection in the control group. The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group [7.50%(3/40) vs. 25.00%(10/14), P<0.05]. Conclusion The early nursing intervention has a positive effect in reducing the pain and complication of patients after limb fracture surgery.
