低温等离子治疗颈椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘要:

目的 研究对颈椎间盘突出症患者采取低温等离子治疗的临床效果。方法 选择我院2013 年6 月至2015 年4 月收治的120 例颈椎间盘突出症患者,按照治疗方法分为研究组和对照组,其中采取低温等离子髓核成形术治疗的60 例患者为研究组, 采取射频靶点热凝术治疗的60 例患者为对照组,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 在对所有患者的随访中发现,研究组 治疗总有效率为83.33%,明显高于对照组的远远.67%(P<0.05);术前两组患者的VAS 评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术 后,两组VAS 评分均降低,且研究组患者术后1 周、1 个月及3 个月的VAS 评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 颈椎间盘突出症患者采取低温等离子髓核成形术的治疗效果较好,可有效缓解患者临床症状及疼痛感,恢复患者正常 生活与工作,具有推广及应用的价值。

    Curative effect observation of low temperature plasma in the treatment of cervical disc herniation

    ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of low temperature plasma in patients with cervical disc herniation. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with cervical disc herniation admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to April 2015 were selected, and divided into study group and control group according to treatment methods. Among them, 60 cases of patients treated with low temperature plasma nucleus pulposus were served as the study group, and the other 60 cases of patients treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation were served as the control group. The clinical effects of patients between the two groups were compared. Results It could be found from the all follow -up visit that the total effective rate of the study group was 83.33%, which was significantly higher than 66.67% of the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups before surgery (P>0.05); after surgery, the VAS scores significantly decreased in both groups, those in the study group at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after surgery were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Low temperature plasma nucleus pulposus in treating cervical disc herniation has better effect, which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and pain, and restore the normal life and work of patients, so that it has the promotion and application value.
