自体肛门括约肌紧缩术治疗肛门失禁疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨自体肛门括约肌紧缩术治疗肛门失禁的效果。方法 选取本院收治肛门失禁患者40 例，随机分为对照组和 观察组，每组20 例。对照组实施股薄肌肛门原位形成术，观察组实施自体肛门括约肌紧缩术。比较两组患者的伤口愈合时 间、感染情况、术后Wexner 评分和术后肠管蠕动力学状况。结果 对照组患者伤口愈合时间明显长于观察组（P<0.05）；对照组 中肛管位移1 例；两组患者均未出现切口感染现象；术后，观察组患者肛管蠕动力学状况显著优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组 术后3 个月及1 年的Wexner 评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 自体肛门括约肌紧缩术治疗效果显著，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect observation of autologous anal sphincter tightening surgery in the treatment of anal incontinence

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of autologous anal sphincter tightening surgery in the treatment of anal incontinence. Methods Forty cases of patients with anal incontinence in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given anal graciloplasty, and the observation group was given autologous anal sphincter tightening surgery. The wound healing time, infection status, postoperative Wexner scores and intestinal peristalsis condition after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time in the control group was significantly longer than that in the observation group (P<0.05). There was one case of displacement of the anus tube in the control group, and no wound infection occurred in the two groups. After operation, the intestinal peristalsis condition in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). At three months and one year after operation, the Wexner scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Autologous anal sphincter tightening surgery has
significant treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
