双极电凝止血在腹腔镜下卵巢双侧囊肿切除术中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 比较双极电凝止血在腹腔镜下卵巢双侧囊肿切除术中的应用效果。方法 选取收治的卵巢双侧囊肿患者80 例为 研究对象，根据随机数表法分为研究组及对照组，各40 例。两组患者均实施腹腔镜下卵巢双侧囊肿切除术，对照组术中卵巢 残端处理采用传统缝合术，研究组实施双极电凝止血。比较两组患者术前及术后1 个月的抗苗勒氏管激素（AMH）及窦卵泡 数（AFC）水平。结果术后1 个月，研究组AMH 及AFC 水平较术前明显降低（P<0.05），对照组与术前比较，差异无统计学差 异（P>0.05）；研究组术后1 个月AMH 及AFC 水平明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论腹腔镜下卵巢双侧囊肿切除术术后使用 双极电凝止血对患者卵巢功能存在较大影响，应谨慎使用。

Application effect of bipolar electrocoagulation in laparoscopic bilateral cyst resection of ovary

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the application effect of bipolar electrocoagulation in laparoscopic bilateral cyst resection of ovary. Methods Eighty bilateral cyst resection of ovary patients admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table, with 40 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with laparoscopic bilateral cyst resection of ovary, the control group received traditional suture in ovarian stump during operation, and the study group accepted bipolar electrocoagulation. The levels of anti -mǔllerian hormone (AMH) and antral follicle count (AFC) before operation and at 1 month after operation in the two groups were compared. Results One month after operation, the levels of AMH and AFC of the study group were lower than those before operation (P<0.05); there were no significant differences in the control group before and after operation (P>0.05); and the levels of AMH and AFC of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bipolar electrocoagulation in laparoscopic bilateral cyst resection of ovary has a greater impact on ovarian function, which should be applied with caution.
