疝环填充式和平片式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨疝环填充式和平片式无张力疝修补术应用于腹股沟疝临床治疗中的效果，为临床应用提供参考。方法 选取我院2014年1月至2016年6月收治的腹股沟疝患者136 例，随机分为研究组和对照组，各68 例。研究组给予平片式无张 力疝修补术，对照组行疝环填充式疝修补术。记录两组患者的临床指标、并发症及复发情况，并比较两组患者临床疗效。结果 两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；研究组患者的并发症发生率为5.88%，与对照组的 8.82%比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。研究组的复发率为1.47%，显著低于对照组的11.76%（P<0.05）。研究组的临床总有效率为 98.53%，对照组为95.59%，两组患者的临床总有效率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 疝环填充式和平片式无张力疝修补术 均具有较高临床疗效，均具有术创小、术后恢复快等优点，但平片式修补术复发率更低，在符合手术指征前提下，可作为临床 首选方案。

Clinical observation of hernia ring filling and flat film tension-free hernia repair in treatment of inguinal hernia

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of hernia ring filling and flat film tension -free hernia repair in treatment of inguinal hernia, to provide reference for clinical application. Methods A total of 136 patinets with inguinal hernia admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 68 cases in each group. The study group was given flat film tension-free hernia repair, the control group was given hernia ring filled hernia repair. The clinical indicators, complications and recurrence of the two groups were recorded, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The differences in intraoperative blood loss, operation time, hospital stay of patients in the two groups were not significant (P>0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.88%, which was not significantly different from 8.82% in the control group (P>0.05). The recurrence rate of the study group was 1.47%, which was significantly lower than 11.76% of the control group (P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate was 98.53% in the study group, and that was 95.59% in the control group; there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Both hernia ring filling and flat film tension-free hernia repair have high clinical curative effect, and also have the advantages of rapid recovery, small incision after surgery, but the flat film tension-free hernia repair has lower recurrence rate, which can be used as the preferred clinical scheme in line with the indication of operation.
