超声在乳腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断中的作用

摘要：

目的 探讨超声在乳腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断中的效果。方法 为我院收治的80 例乳腺结节患者进行超声检查，并分析 超声影像表现。结果 乳腺恶性结节患者多普勒超声图像血流丰富、边界不清、有汇聚征，与乳腺良性结节患者超声图像差异 显著。多普勒超声对乳腺结节恶性的诊断灵敏度为94.74%，特异度为95.08%，诊断符合率为95.00%。恶性乳腺结节组血流 0、Ⅰ级比例低于良性乳腺结节，Ⅱ、Ⅲ级比例高于良性乳腺结节（P<0.05）。恶性乳腺结节PSV 及RI 水平均显著高于良性乳 腺结节（P<0.05）。结论 超声应用于乳腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断效果显著，值得推广。

Role of ultrasound in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules. Methods Eighty cases of breast nodules admitted in our hospital were treated with ultrasound examination, and the results of ultrasound imaging performance were analyzed. Results Doppler ultrasound images of malignant breast nodules were characterized by rich blood flow, unclear boundary and convergent sign, which were significantly different from those of the benign breast nodules. The sensitivity of Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of malignant breast nodules was 94.74%, the specificity was 95.08%, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 95.00%. The proportions of blood flow 0, Ⅰgrade in the malignant breast nodules were lower than those in the benign breast nodules, and the proportions of Ⅱ, Ⅲ grade were higher than those in the benign breast nodules (P<0.05). The levels of PSV and RI in the malignant breast nodules were significantly higher than those in the benign breast nodules, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules has significant effect, which is worth clinical promoting.
