中医护理技术干预对初产妇产后子宫复旧的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨中医护理技术干预对初产妇产后子宫复旧的影响。方法 将我院收治的800 例初产妇随机分为观察组与对 照组，各400 例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施中医护理干预。观察两组产妇的护理结果。结果 观察组子宫纳入骨盆时 间和产后恶露持续时间显著短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组子宫复旧时间显著短于对照组，子宫复旧不 良发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 初产妇产后给予中医护理技术干预可有效促进产后子宫复旧，预防产后子宫复旧 不良，值得在临床中推广应用。

Effect of technical nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on postpartum uterine recovery of primipara

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of technical nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on postpartum uterine recovery of primipara. Methods A total of 800 primiparas in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 400 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given technical nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine. The nursing results were compared in the two groups. Results The time of uterus into the pelvis and postpartum lochia continued time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The uterine recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the incidence of uterinebad recovery in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The technical nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in primipara can effectively promote postpartum uterine recovery and prevent uterinebad recovery, which is worthy of clinical application.
