实施循证护理对老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者治疗效果的影响

摘要：
目的 分析对老年冠心病合并心力衰竭患者实施循证护理干预对治疗效果的影响。方法 选择我院收治的老年冠心病合并 心力衰竭患者200 例，均给予常规治疗方法，随机将其分为循证护理干预组（A 组）和常规护理干预组（B 组），每组100 例，比较 两组患者治疗效果、心功能变化及护理满意度。结果 A 组治疗总有效率为95.0%，明显高于B 组的78.0%（P<0.05）；护理后两组 LVEF 和HR 水平均优于护理前，且A 组优于B 组（P<0.05）；A 组护理满意度为98.0%，高于B 组的79.0%（P<0.05）。结论 循证护理 干预应用于老年心力衰竭合并冠心病患者的效果显著，可改善患者心功能，提高患者护理满意度。

Effect influence of evidence-based nursing in patients with senile coronary heart disease combined with heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the influence of evidence-based nursing in therapentic effect of patients with senile coronary heart disease combined with heart failure. Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with senile coronary heart disease combined with heart failure were randomly divided into group A (evidence-based nursing intervention) and group B (conventional nursing intervention), with 100 cases in each group. The clinical effect, heart function changes and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the group A was 95.0%, which was higher than 78.0% in the group B (P<0.05); after nursing, the levels of LVEF and HR in the two groups were better than those before nursing, and those of the group A were better than the group B (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction in the group A (98.0%) was higher than that of the group B (79.0%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention in patient with senile coronary heart disease combined with heart failure has remarkable effect, which can improve the cardiac function of patients and nursing satisfaction.
