针对性护理对慢性胃溃疡患者生活质量的改善作用

摘要：
目的 探讨针对性护理对慢性胃溃疡患者生活质量的改善作用。方法 将2015 年1 月至2017 年1 月我院收治的110 例 慢性胃溃疡患者按照护理方法分为对照组与观察组，各55 例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用针对性护理。观察两组患者 的护理效果。结果 护理后，两组患者的SDS、SAS 评分均降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的护理优良率与护 理满意度均高于对照组（P<0.05）。护理后，两组患者的生活质量各项评分显著高于护理前，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 针对性护理应用到慢性胃溃疡患者中效果明显，值得临床应用推广。

Effect of targeted nursing on the improvement of life quality in patients with chronic gastric ulcer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing on the improvement of life quality in patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic gastric ulcer in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing methods, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with targeted nursing. The effects of nursing were compared in the two groups. Results After nursing, the SDS and SAS scores decreased in both groups, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05); the excellent and good rate of nursing and the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); after nursing, the scores of quality of life in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The targeted nursing in patients with chronic gastric ulcer has obvious effect, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
