乳腺癌化疗后的综合护理分析

摘要：

目的 分析和探讨乳腺癌化疗后的综合护理的效果。方法 选取我院2015 年1 月至2017 年1 月接诊的100 例乳腺癌化疗 患者，采取抽签方式分为对照组和研究组，每组50 例。对照组患者给予传统护理，研究组患者给予综合护理。比较两组患者的 心理状态、护理满意度和生活质量。结果 研究组患者心理改善结果、护理满意度及生活质量得分均优于对照组，差异具有统计 学意义（P<0.05）。结论 乳腺癌化疗后的综合护理工作可以改善患者的心理状态，提高患者的护理满意度和生活质量，值得临床 推广应用。

Comprehensive nursing analysis of care nursing chemotherapy for breast cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze and explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy. Methods One hundred cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled and divided into control group and research group by drawing straws out of hand, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the research group was given comprehensive nursing. The psychological state, nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared in the two groups. Results The improvement result of psychological state, nursing satisfaction and quality of life score in the research group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing in patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy can improve patients`` psychological state, increase patients`` nursing satisfaction and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
