基于肿瘤患者心理问题提高医学生临床沟通能力的对策研究

摘要：

肿瘤患者疾病的特殊性及其心理问题的复杂性使得医学生临床沟通能力在肿瘤学临床实践中的重要性尤为突出。本 文结合临床实践经验，提倡以把握肿瘤患者心理特征为临床沟通的重要基础，强调和鼓励医学生实践“以患者为中心、以人 为本”的心理互动，利用多种途径促进医学生临床沟通能力的提高。

Psychology-based ways of improving the doctor-patient communication skills of medical students in the

clinical teaching of oncology

ABSTRACT: The particularity of the cancer patients and the complexity of their psychological problems make the importance of clinical doctor -patient communication ability of the medical students in the clinical practice of oncology become more particularly prominent. This article is combined with our experiences in clinical teaching and the present situation of doctor-patient communication, advocating to grasp the psychological characteristics of cancer patients as an important basis in clinical communication. We stress and encourage the medical students to put into practice the psychological interaction of "patient centered and people-oriented", and use many ways to promote the improvement of clinical communication ability of medical students in the oncology department.
