全程护理干预对小儿哮喘雾化治疗效果及家长护理满意度、认知度的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨分析全程护理干预对小儿哮喘雾化治疗效果及家长满意度、认知度的影响。方法 选取2012 年7 月至2014年7 月在我院儿科进行雾化治疗的90 例哮喘患儿作为观察对象，根据红蓝球法将其随机分为常规组和干预组，每组45例。常规组使用常规护理，干预组使用全程护理干预，比较两组患儿护理后的临床症状缓解时间、ATC 评分、依从性及家长的疾病认知情况和护理满意度。结果 护理后，干预组患儿的临床症状缓解时间及ATC 评分均优于常规组（P<0.05）。干预组患儿的依从性和患儿家长的认知度、护理满意度均明显高于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 哮喘患儿在进行雾化治疗时采用全程护理干预效果显著，可提高患儿家长的认知度和护理满意度，值得推广。

Influence of whole nursing intervention on effect and parents`` satisfaction and recognition in infantile asthma atomization treatment

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the influence of whole-course nursing intervention on effect and parents`` satisfaction and recognition in infantile asthma atomization treatment. Methods Ninety cases of asthmatic children treated with atomization in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 were divided into routine group (with routine nursing) and intervention group (with whole nursing intervention) according to the red and blue balls method, with 45 cases in each group. The clinical symptom remission time, ATC score and compliance of children and parents`` disease awareness and nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results After nursing, the clinical symptom remission time and ATC score of children in the intervention group was better than those in the routine group (P<0.05). The children compliance, parents``disease awareness and nursing satisfaction rates in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the course of atomization therapy, the whole-course nursing intervention has significant effect, can improve the parents`` awareness and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
