三级护理质量控制体系在手术室质量控制中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨三级护理质量控制体系在手术室质量控制中的应用效果。方法 将我院2015 年1 月至2015 年12 月的手术 患者作为对照组，采用传统质量控制方法进行手术室护理质量管理。将我院2016 年1 月至2016 年11 月的手术患者作为研 究组，采用三级护理质量控制体系、根本原因分析法及失败模式分析法对手术室护理过程中存在的问题进行及时有效地管 理与改进。比较两组手术室护理中的不良事件总发生率。结果 研究组的不良事件总发生率为0.22%，显著低于对照组的 0.80%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对手术室实施三级护理质量控制体系进行质量改进，可使手术室护理中的不良 事件发生率显著降低、护理质量显著提高，值得在临床护理工作中加以推广。

Application effect of three-level nursing quality control system in operating room quality control

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of three-level nursing quality control system in operating room quality control. Methods The patinets with surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were taken as the the control group, who used traditional quality control methods for quality management of operating room nursing. The patients with surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to November 2016 were taken as the study group, who were given three-level nursing quality control system, root cause analysis and failure mode analysis, to timely and effectively manage and improve the problems in the operating room nursing process. The total incidence of adverse events in operating room nursing was compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence rate of adverse events in the study group was 0.22%, which was significantly lower than 0.80% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The three -level nursing quality control system in the operating room nursing for quality improvement can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve the nursing quality, which is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work.
