综合护理干预对预防骨科手术部位感染的效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨综合护理干预对预防骨科手术部位感染的效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2015 年1 月至2016 年10 月骨科收 治的120 例行手术治疗患者的临床资料，2015 年1 月至2015 年12 月收治的60 例为对照组，2016 年1 月至2016 年10 月收 治的60 例为观察组。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组实施综合护理干预。比较两组手术部位感染率、伤口愈合效果、愈合 时间、住院时间以及护理满意度评分。结果 观察组手术部位感染率明显低于对照组（χ2=9.243，P<0.05）；观察组伤口愈合效 果、愈合时间和住院时间均优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度评分明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（t=15.536，P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干预能够有效预防骨科手术部位发生感染，有利于伤口愈合，缩短了伤口愈合时间和住院时间，患 者满意度高，值得推广。

Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention on preventing surgical site infection in orthopaedic

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on preventing surgical site infection in orthopaedic. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients operated in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, 60 cases of patients received from January 2015 to December 2015 were enrolled in control group, the other 60 cases from January 2016 to October 2016 were enrolled in observation group. The patients in the control group were given the routine nursing, and patients of the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The surgical site infection rate, wound healing effect, healing time, length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups. Results The surgical site infection rate of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group ( χ2 =9.243, P<0.05); the wound healing effect, healing time and length of hospital stay of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group (t =15.536, P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing
intervention can effectively prevent surgical site infection, contribute to wound healing, shorten the healing time and hospital stay, and improve the satisfaction, it is worthy of popularization.
