综合护理在疝气手术患儿中的临床效果观察

摘要：
目的 探索综合护理在疝气手术患儿中的临床效果。方法 选取2010 年7 月16 日至2016 年7 月16 日我院收治的100例疝 气手术患儿，将其抽签分为对照组和观察组，各50 例。观察组和对照组分别采用综合护理干预和常规护理干预。观察两组患 者的护理效果。结果 观察组患儿的不良事件总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患儿家属的护理满意度评分高于对照 组，住院时间及首次下床时间短于对照组（P<0.05）。术后两组患儿的疼痛评分均降低，且随着时间的延长，疼痛评分呈降低 趋势，且观察组各时间段的疼痛评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干预在疝气手术患儿中效果显著。

Clinical observation of comprehensive nursing in children with hernia surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in children with hernia surgery. Methods A total of 100 children with hernia surgery in our hospital from July 16, 2010 to July 16, 2016 were enrolled, and patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The observation group and the control group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing interventions respectively. The nursing effects in the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the length of hospital stay and first bed-out time were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). After surgery, the pain scores in the two groups decreased and showed a decreased trend with the prolonged time, and the pain scores of the observation group in each time period were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective in patients with hernia surgery.
