中医护理干预对缓解骨科术后疼痛的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨中医护理干预对缓解骨科患者术后疼痛的疗效观察。方法 选取我院2015 年10 月至2016 年10 月收治的骨 科择期手术患者42 例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组21 例。观察组实施中医护理，对照组实施常规护理，比较 两组患者的临床疗效及疼痛视觉评分法（VAS）评分。结果 观察组总有效率为95.2%，对照组总有效率为71.4%，观察组临床 疗效明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者术后1 d 的VAS 评分比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；观察组患者术后3、5 d 的VAS 评 分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 中医护理干预能在一定程度上减轻骨科患者术后疼痛，操作方法简单易行、经济，值得临 床推广使用。

Curative effect observation of TCM nursing intervention on postoperative pain relief of orthopaedics

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the curative effect of TCM nursing intervention on postoperative pain relief of orthopaedics. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016, 42 patients with surgical treatment in orthopedics department were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 21 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with TCM nursing intervention and the control group was given routine nursing care. The curative effect and postoperative pain visual analogue scale (VAS) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.2%, which was significantly higher than 71.4% of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the VAS score at 1 d after operation between the two groups (P>0.05); the postoperative VAS scores at 3 and 5 d after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing intervention on postoperative pain relief of orthopaedics has remarkable effect, which is economic, simple and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
