关节镜下踝关节融合术治疗踝关节重度骨关节炎的近期疗效以及手术要点

摘要：

目的 探讨关节镜下踝关节融合术治疗踝关节重度骨关节炎（OA）的近期疗效和手术要点。方法 选取我院骨科收治的 重度OA 患者50 例，以完全抽样法分为两组，各25 例。对照组采取开放踝关节融合术，治疗组采取关节镜辅助踝关节融合 术。比较两组的近期疗效。结果 治疗组关节融合时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组VAS 评分均显著降低，AOFAS 评分均显著升高，且治疗组均优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组关节融合率、并发症总发生率无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 针对重度 OA 患者给予关节镜下踝关节融合术治疗可加速骨性融合，缓解关节疼痛，并可提高踝关节功能，值得临床应用。

Short-term effect and surgical points of arthroscopic ankle arthrodesis in the treatment of severe ankle joint osteoarthritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the short-term efficacy and surgical points of arthroscopic ankle arthrodesis in the treatment of severe ankle joint osteoarthritis (OA). Methods Fifty cases of patients with severe OA were randomly divided into two groups by the complete sampling method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received open ankle arthrodesis, the treatment group received arthroscopic ankle arthrodesis. The short -term efficacy of both groups was compared. Results The time of joint fusion in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of both groups decreased significantly, and the AOFAS scores increased significantly, and those in the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the rate of joint fusion and the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment of severe OA patients under arthroscopic ankle arthrodesis can accelerate the fusion of bone, relieve joint pain and improve the function of ankle joint, which is worthy of clinical application.
