优质护理在结肠癌患者围手术期中的应用

摘要：

目的 探讨结肠癌患者围手术期中应用优质护理的临床效果。方法 选取2013 年1 月至2015 年12 月我院收治的结肠 癌手术患者共60 例，根据随机原则分为观察组和对照组，各30 例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上给予优 质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组，住院费用少于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率 显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。护理前，两组患者的恐惧、焦虑、敌对、抑郁及躯体化评分比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；护理后，两组患 者的恐惧、焦虑、敌对、抑郁及躯体化评分均显著降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度为96.7%，显著 高于对照组的76.7%（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理在结肠癌患者围手术期中的能够取得显著的护理效果，值得推广使用。

Application of high quality nursing in perioperative period of patients with colon cancer

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing in perioperative period of patients with colon cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery from January 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing on the basis of the control group. The effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the hospitalization cost was less than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, the differences in the fear, anxiety, hostility, depression and somatization scores were not significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the fear, anxiety, hostility, depression and somatization scores in the two groups were significantly lower, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than 76.7% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing in perioperative period of patients with colon cancer can achieve significant effect, which is worthy of popularization and application.
