护理干预对心脑血管疾病患者生存质量的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨护理干预对心脑血管疾病患者生存质量的影响，为护理干预对心脑血管疾病患者的应用提供理论依据。 方法 选择2015 年2 月至2017 年2 月在我院进行护理治疗的90 例心脑血管疾病患者作为此次研究对象，并依据护理干预 措施的不同分为两组，每组45 例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用护理干预。对两组患者的各项症状和生存质量 进行密切的观察，分析比较两组患者生存质量评分情况、护理满意度情况。结果 观察组患者的躯体功能为（42.14±1.24）分， 物质功能为（41.23±1.65）分，心理功能为（43.24±1.75）分，社会功能为（44.05±1.06）分均高于对照组的（34.54±2.45）、（31.64±1.45）、（30.15±1.45）、（31.54±3.24）分（P<0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度为97.78%，明显高于对照组的82.22%（P<0.05）。结论 护理干预对心脑血管疾病患者生存质量的影响较大，患者的各项症状和生存质量显著改善，加快了患者的恢复速度，缩 短了患者的治疗时间，提升了患者的治愈率和安全性，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, to provide theoretical basis for the application of nursing intervention in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods From February 2015 to February 2017, 90 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given nursing intervention. The quality of life scores, nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results The body function, material function, mental function and social function in the observation group were (42.14±1.24), (41.23±1.65), (43.24±1.75) and (44.05±1.06) respectively, which were respectively higher than (34.54±2.45), (31.64±1.45), (30.15±1.45), (31.54±3.24) in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.78%, which was significantly higher than 82.22% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention has greater influence on the quality of life of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, which can significantly improve the patients`` various symptoms and quality of life, speed up the recovery rate, shortened the patient``s treatment time and improve the cure rate and safety, it is worth promoting and application in clinic.
