康复护理程序对老年股骨颈骨折患者髋关节功能恢复及并发症的影响

摘要：

目的 探究康复护理程序对老年股骨颈骨折患者髋关节功能恢复及并发症的影响。方法 选取我院2015 年2 月至2016 年11 月收治的股骨颈骨折老年患者82 例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各41 例，两组均采用人工髋关节置换 术进行治疗。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施康复护理程序。比较两组髋关节功能恢复及并发症总发生率。结果 术后6 个月，对照组关节活动范围评分及总分均低于观察组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 康复护理程序能有效改善老年股骨颈骨折患者髋关节功能，并降低并发症发生率，提高患者临床康复水平。

Effect of rehabilitation nursing program on recovery of hip joint and complications in senile patients with femoral neck fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing program on recovery of hip joint and complications in senile patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods Eighty-two cases of senile patients with femoral neck fracture admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to November 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with artificial hip replacement. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing program on the basis of the control group. The recovery of joint function and the total incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results At 6 months after surgery, the activity range score of joint and total score in the control group were lower than those in the observation group (P<0.05); the total incidence rate of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing program for senile patients with femoral neck fracture could effectively improve hip joint function, reduce the incidence of complications and increase clinical rehabilitation levels.
