全面护理对全膝关节置换术患者疼痛、关节功能和护理满意度的影响

摘要：
目的 探讨全面护理对全膝关节置换术患者疼痛、膝关节功能和护理满意度的影响。方法 选取我院收治的全膝关节置 换术患者80 例作为研究对象，并随机分成观察组与对照组，各40 例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予全面护理。 比较两组患者术后VAS 评分、膝关节功能及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者术后1、3、7 d 的VAS 评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后膝关节功能优良率为95.00%，明显高于对照组的77.50%（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后满意度为 97.50%，明显高于对照组的80.00%（P<0.05）。结论 全膝关节置换术患者给予全面护理能够有效改善患者术后疼痛程度和膝 关节功能，可显著提高患者的护理满意度，值得临床应用推广。

Effect of comprehensive nursing on pain, knee function and nursing satisfaction in patients with total knee arthroplasty

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing on pain, knee function and nursing satisfaction in patients with total knee arthroplasty. Methods Eighty cases of patients with total knee arthroplasty admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing. The VAS scores after operation, knee function and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results At 1, 3 and 7 days after operation, the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The excellent rate of knee function in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can obviously alleviate pain and improve knee function in patients with total knee arthroplasty, and it can improve the nursing satisfaction, which has high clinical value.
