丁苯酞软胶囊联合双重抗血小板对进展性脑梗死患者神经功能的影响

摘要：

目的 探究丁苯酞软胶囊联合双重抗血小板对进展性脑梗死患者神经功能的影响。方法 选取我院收治的78 例进展性 脑梗死患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各39 例。对照组患者给予阿司匹林及双重抗血小板治疗，观察组患者采 用丁苯酞软胶囊联合双重抗血小板治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 治疗后，两组患者的NIHSS 评分明显低于治疗前，且观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的Barthel 指数均优于治疗前，且观察组明显优于对照组，差异具有统 计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 丁苯酞软胶囊联合双重抗血小板治疗进展性脑梗死临床效果显著，可改善患者的神经功能及日常 生活能力，值得临床推广使用。

Effect of butylphthalide soft capsules combined with double antiplatelet therapy on neurological function in patients with progressive cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalide soft capsules combined with double antiplatelet therapy on neurological function in patients with progressive cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy-eight patients with progressive cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with aspirin and double antiplatelet, patients in the observation group were treated with butylphthalide soft capsules combined with double antiplatelet therapy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the NIHSS score of the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the Barthel indexes of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the Barthel index of the observation group was higher than the control group, there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules combined with double antiplatelet therapy in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction has remarkable clinical effect, it can improve the neurological function and activity of daily living, which is worthy of clinical application.
