老年高血压采取小剂量氨氯地平联合复方阿米洛利的疗效和安全性

摘要：

目的 探讨小剂量氨氯地平联合复方阿米洛利治疗高血压老年患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法 选取我院收治的高血 压老年患者98 例为研究对象，以简单随机法分为对照组和观察组，各49 例。对照组采取小剂量氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治 疗，观察组采取小剂量氨氯地平联合复方阿米洛利治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果 治疗2 个月后，两组患者的SBP、DBP 及 LVMI 水平均降低，且观察组SBP、DBP、LVMI 明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 小剂量氨氯地平联合复方阿米洛利治疗老年高血压患者降压效果显著，且不良反应轻微，值得临床应用。

Clinical efficacy and safety of low dose amlodipine combined with amiloride compound in the treatment

of elderly patients with hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of low dose amlodipine combined with amiloride compound in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 98 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and randomized divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group took small dose of amlodipine combined with telmisartan, while the observation group received low dose amlodipine combined with amiloride compound. The clinical efficacy in the two groups were observed. Results The levels of SBP, DBP and LVMI decreased in both groups after 2 months of treatment, and the SBP, DBP and LVMI in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Low dose amlodipine combined with compound amiloride has significant antihypertensive effect in the treatment of patients with elderly hypertensive, and mild adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical application.
