综合治疗法在内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者治疗中的应用价值

摘要：

目的 探讨综合治疗法治疗内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者的临床效果。方法 选取我院2016 年1 月至2017 年1 月收治 的100 例内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，各50 例。对照组采用常规药物治疗，观察组采用综合治 疗法治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者疼痛缓解总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的股 骨颈、Wards 三角区、大转子等部位的骨密度值均升高；观察组上述骨密度值均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用性激素 替代疗法、鲑鱼降钙素、促钙吸收剂等综合方式对内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者实施治疗，效果显著，可推广应用。

Application value of comprehensive therapy in patients with endocrine lost tonal osteoporosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy patients with endocrine lost tonal osteoporosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with endocrine lost tonal osteoporosis admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group took conventional drug treatment, the observation group took comprehensive therapy. The treatment effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of pain relief in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the bone mineral density of the femoral neck, Wards triangle area and greater trochanter in both groups increased, the above bone mineral density in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The sex hormone replacement therapy combined salmon calcitonin and calcium absorption absorbent are significantly effective in the treatment of endocrine lost tonal osteoporosis, and can be widely applied in clinic.
