泮托拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎效果评价

摘要：

目的 探讨泮托拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果。方法 从我院2013年9月至2016年9月诊治的慢性浅表性胃炎患者中抽取115 例作为研究对象，随机分成泮托拉唑组（n=38，单纯采用泮托拉唑治疗）、多潘立酮组（n=38，单纯应用多潘立酮治疗）和联合组（n=39，应用泮托拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗），对比三组患者的临床疗效与用药安全性。结果 联 合组的主诉症状治疗总有效率为97.44%，高于泮托拉唑组的78.95%、多潘立酮组的76.32%（P<0.05）；联合组的胃镜活检总 有效率为94.87%，远高于泮托拉唑组的71.05%、多潘立酮组的68.42%（P<0.05）；联合组不良反应总发生率为10.26%，泮托 拉唑组为5.26%，多潘立酮组为7.89%，三组差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 泮托拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗慢性浅表性胃 炎的临床效果突出，可有效改善其胃镜活检表现，减轻患者主诉症状，且不会增加不良反应。

Effect of pantoprazole combined with domperidone on chronic superficial gastritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pantoprazole combined with domperidone in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis. Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with chronic superficial gastritis admitted in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2016 were enrolled in the study, and were randomly divided into pantoprazole group (n=38, treated with pantoprazole alone), domperidone group (n=38, treated with domperidone alone) and combination group (n=39, treated with pantoprazole combined with domperidone), then the clinical efficacy and safety of the three groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the chief complaint symptoms in the combination group was 97.44%, which was higher than 78.95% in the pantoprazole group and 76.32% in the domperidone group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of gastroscopic biopsy in the combination group was 94.87%, which was higher than 71.05% in the pantoprazole group and 68.42% in the domperidone group (P<0.05). The overall incidence of adverse reactions was 10.26% in the combination group, it was 5.26% in the pantoprazole group and 7.89% in the domperidone group, with no significant difference among the three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The pantoprazole combined with domperidone has outstanding clinical effect in the treatment of chronic
superficial gastritis, it can effectively improve the performance of endoscopic biopsy, reduce the symptoms of complaints, and will not increase the adverse reactions.
