瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚用于脑出血患者手术麻醉的效果观察

摘要：
目的 观察瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚用于脑出血患者手术麻醉的效果。方法 选取我院2009年4月至2017年4月收治的80例脑出血患者，依据手术麻醉方式将其分为瑞芬太尼组（n=40）和芬太尼组（n=40）。统计分析两组患者的SBP、DBP、HR、自主呼吸恢复时间、丙泊酚用量及恶心、呕吐发生情况。结果 瑞芬太尼组患者T3时的SBP、DBP及HR 水平均显著低于芬太尼组（P<0.05）；瑞芬太尼组自主呼吸恢复时间、丙泊酚用量及恶心、呕吐发生率均显著优于芬太尼组（P<0.05）。结论 瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚用于脑出血患者手术麻醉的效果较芬太尼联合丙泊酚更好。

Effect observation of remifentanil combined with propofol on anesthesia in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of remifentanil combined with propofol on anesthesia in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 80 patients of cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from April 2009 to April 2017 were selected and divided into remifentanil group (40 cases) and fentanyl group (40 cases) according to anesthesia methods. The SBP, DBP, HR, spontaneous respiration recovery time, propofol dosage and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the two groups were analyzed. Results The levels of SBP, DBP and HR at T3 in the remifentanil group were significantly lower than those in the fentanyl group (P<0.05); the spontaneous breathing recovery time, propofol dosage, the incidence of nausea and vomiting were significantly better than those in the fentanyl group (P<0.05). Conclusion Remifentanil combined with propofol is more effective than fentanyl and propofol in the operation anesthesia of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
