老年股骨粗隆间骨折术中应用瑞芬太尼与舒芬太尼静脉麻醉的临床效果

摘要：

目的 研究老年股骨粗隆间骨折术中用瑞芬太尼与舒芬太尼静脉麻醉的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的老年股骨粗 隆间骨折患者80 例，根据不同麻醉方式分为试验组和对照组，各40 例。试验组患者给予瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉，对照组患者给予舒芬太尼静脉麻醉。比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果 麻醉后，试验组患者的血压水平均低于麻醉前，而对照组患者的血压 水平明显高于麻醉前，且试验组患者的血压水平明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组患者的拔管时间 和睁眼时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组的不良反应总发生率为5.0%，明显低于对照组的25.0%（P<0.05）。结论 老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉，可稳定患者术时的生命体征，促进患者术后自主呼吸功能的恢复，值得临床 推广应用。

Clinical effects of remifentanil and sufentanil intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients with intertrochanter fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effects of remifentanil and sufentanil intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients with intertrochanter fracture. Methods Eighty elderly patients with intertrochanter fracture admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the anesthesia methods, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group received remifentanil intravenous anesthesia, and the control group accepted sufentanil intravenous anesthesia. The anesthesia effects were compared between the two groups. Results After anesthesia, the blood pressure levels of the experimental group were lower than those before anesthesia, those of the control group were higher than before anesthesia, and the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The extubation time and eye opening time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.0%, which was lower than 25.0% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Remifentanil intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients with intertrochanter fracture can stabilize the vital signs during the operation, promote the recovery of the spontaneous respiration function after the operation, which is worthy of clinical application.
