经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生的有效性和安全性

摘要：

目的 探讨经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术（TUPKP）治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效及安全性。方法 将2015 年8 月至 2016 年12 月我院收治的128 例良性前列腺增生患者根据治疗方式分为对照组与观察组，每组64 例。对照组给予经尿道前 列腺电切术治疗，观察组给予TUPKP 治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时 间、留置导尿管时间及住院时间均优于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的前列腺症状、QOL 评分均改善，且观 察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组并发症总发生率为7.8%，明显低于对照组的21.9%，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 TUPKP 治疗 前列腺增生具有较好的治疗效果，能有效改善患者症状，提高其生活质量，临床应用价值高。

Efficacy and safety of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (TUPKP) in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods From August 2015 to December 2016, 128 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group based on treatment methods, with 64 cases in each group. The control group was given transurethral resection of the prostate and the observation group was treated with TUPKP. The treatment effects were compared in the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, bladder irrigation time, indwelling catheterization time and hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the prostate symptoms scores and QOL scores were improved in both groups, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.8%, which was significantly lower than 21.9% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion TUPKP in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia has good treatment effect, it can effectively improve symptoms and the quality of life, which has high clinical value.
