连枷胸手术与非手术外固定治疗连枷胸的临床效果

摘要：
目的 探讨连枷胸手术与非手术外固定保守治疗连枷胸患者的临床效果。方法 将本院收治的68 例连枷胸患者按照不 同治疗方法分为研究组与对照组，每组34 例。研究组患者给予连枷胸手术，对照组给予非手术外固定保守治疗。比较两组患 者的临床效果。结果 研究组患者的机械通气时间、住ICU 时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的 PaO2 及PaCO2 水平均明显优于治疗前，且研究组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组患者的FVC、TLC 及FEV1 水平均明显优 于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组患者并发症总发生率为2.94%，明显低于对照组的17.65%（P<0.05）。结论 在连枷胸患者的临床治 疗过程中，实施连枷胸手术治疗能取得理想的临床效果。

Clinical effect of surgery and non-surgical conservative external fixation in the treatment of flail chest

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of flail chest surgery and non-surgical conservative external fixation in the treatment of flail chest. Methods Sixty-eight patients admitted in our hospital were divided into study group and control group according to the different treatment methods, with 34 cases in each group. The study group was given flail chest surgery, and the control group was treated with flail chest non-surgical conservative external fixation. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The mechanical ventilation time, stay ICU time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of PaO2 and PaCO2 in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the study group were better than the control group (P< 0.05). The levels of FVC, TLC and FEV1 of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was 2.94%, which was lower than 17.65% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of flail chest, flail chest surgery can achieve satisfactory clinical effect for the patients.
