外科手术治疗肝硬化合并肝胆结石的临床方法与效果观察

摘要：

目的 分析与探讨外科手术治疗肝硬化并发肝胆结石的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2013 年3 月至2016 年3 月我院收治的70 例肝硬化合并肝胆结石患者的临床资料，总结相关的临床手术方法，并对其治疗效果及并发症发生情况进行观察。结果 患者均顺利完成手术，其中痊愈52 例，好转17 例，死亡1 例，治疗总有效率为98.57%；术后有9 例患者出现了并发症， 并发症总发生率为12.86%。结论 对肝硬化合并肝胆结石患者进行外科手术治疗，应根据患者的实际情况选用合适的手术方 式，并积极做好预防措施，以提高治疗效果，促使患者早日康复。

Clinical methods and efficacy observation of surgical treatment in liver cirrhosis complicanted with hepatobiliary stone

ABSTRACT: Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment in liver cirrhosis with hepatobiliary stone. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with liver cirrhosis with hepatobiliary stone treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Related clinical surgical methods were summarized, and the treatment effects and complications of which were observed. Results All patients successfully completed the operation, of which 52 cases were cured, 11 cases improved, 1 patient died, the total effective rate was 98.57%; there were 9 cases of patients with complications after the surgery, the total incidence rate of complications was 12.86%. Conclusion Surgical treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis with hepatobiliary stone should be based on the actual situation of patients, then select the appropriate surgical methods, the preventive measures should be actively taken to improve the clinical effect and promote recovery of patients.
