赖氨酸联合维生素E治疗矮小症患儿的 效果观察

摘要：

目的 观察赖氨酸联合维生素E 治疗儿童矮小症的临床效果。方法 回顾性研究我院2014 年5 月至2015 年5 月诊治 的100 例儿童矮小症患儿的临床资料。所有研究对象均经国际通用审稿偏离标准筛选，随机均分为对照组与观察组，各 50 例。对照组单纯应用赖氨酸治疗，观察组应用赖氨酸联合维生素E 治疗。对两组患儿进行内分泌检查，记录检查结果。结果 治疗后，观察组中有8 例患儿治疗无效（16.00%），其他42 例患儿均有不同程度的治疗效果，治疗有效率为84.00%；对照 组治疗有效率为68.00%，组间差异显著（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患儿的身高明显增加，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 临床使用赖氨酸联合维生素E 治疗矮小症患儿的效果显著，对儿童的身体发育起着重要的协同作用，值得在今后的临床 工作中进一步推广应用。

Effect observation of lysine and vitamin E in the treatment of dwarfism in children

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lysine combined with vitamin E in the treatment of dwarfism in children. Methods A retrospective study of clinical data of 100 children with dwarfism in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015. All the study subjects were selected and summed up by the international standard of height deviation, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group only used lysine for treatment, while the observation group was given lysine combined with vitamin E for treatment. Endocrine examination was performed on the children of the two groups, and the inspection results were recorded. Results After treatment, 8 cases in the observation group was ineffective (16.00%), the other 42 cases had different therapeutic effects, the effective rate of treatment was 84.00%, the effective rate of the control group was 68.00%, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the height of the two groups increased significantly, and that of the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The lysine and vitamin E in the treatment of children``s dwarfism has remarkable effect. It plays an important role in the physical development of children, which is worthy of further popularization and application in the future clinical work.
