对68 例重症接触性皮炎患者应用湿润烧伤膏治疗的临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 探讨重症接触性皮炎患者应用湿润烧伤膏治疗的临床效果。方法 选择我院2015 年7 月至2016 年12 月收治的 重症接触性皮炎患者136 例，将其随机分为治疗组（应用湿润烧伤膏治疗）与对照组（予以常规清创、换药处理），各68 例。对 比两组患者的疗效及红斑、水疱、渗出物等临床症状缓解时间。结果 治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为98.53%，红斑消退、渗出 物消失、水疱消失时间分别为（4.11±1.06）、（5.07±1.26）、（7.29±2.08）d；对照组患者的治疗总有效率为88.24%，红斑消 退、渗出物消失、水疱消失时间分别为（8.51±1.72）、（7.48±1.44）、（10.15±2.64）d，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 重症接触性皮炎患者应用湿润烧伤膏治疗的临床效果确切，可促进创面愈合，并快速消除红斑、渗出物、水疱等，值得临 床推广。

Clinical effect analysis of moisturizing burn cream in 68 cases of patients with severe contact dermatitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of moisturizing burn cream in patients with severe contact dermatitis. Methods From July 2015 to December 2016, 136 cases of patients with severe contact dermatitis admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (treated with moisturizing burn cream) and control group (treated with routine debridement, dressing change treatment), with 68 cases in each group. Efficacy and clinical symptoms of erythema, blisters, exudates in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.53%, time of erythema subsiding, exudate disappearance and blisters disappearance were respectively (4.11±1.06), (5.07±1.26), (7.29±2.08) d; the total effective rate of the control group was 88.24%, time of erythema subsiding, exudate disappearance and blisters disappearannce were (8.51±1.72), (7.48±1.44), (10.15依2.64) d respectively, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Moisturizing burn cream in patients with severe contact dermatitis has remarkable clinical effect, it can promote the prognosis of the wound, and quickly eliminate erythema, exudates and blisters, which is worthy of promotion.
