腹部带血管蒂皮瓣转移修复手外伤皮肤缺损的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析腹部带血管蒂皮瓣转移修复手外伤皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法 以我院收治的手外伤皮肤缺损患者90 例为 研究对象，以抛硬币法随机分为观察组（n=46）和对照组（n=44）。观察组患者给予腹部带血管蒂皮瓣转移修复术，对照组给予 游离皮瓣修复术。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 与对照组比较，观察组的手术时间更短，手术次数更多且住院时间更 长（P<0.05）。观察组患者的皮瓣成活率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组皮肤修复优良率为97.8%，明显高于对照组的 77.3%（P<0.05）。结论 腹部带血管蒂皮瓣转移修复手外伤皮肤缺损皮瓣成活率高，修复效果满意，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of abdominal vascular pedicled skin flap in repairing skin defects from hand injury

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of abdominal vascular pedicled skin flap in repairing skin defects from hand injury. Methods Ninety patients with skin defects of hand injury admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=46) and control group (n=44) with coin tossing method. The observation group was given abdominal vascular pedicled skin flap repairing surgery, and the control group was treated with free skin flap repairing surgery. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time was shorter, operation time was more and the hospitalization time was longer in the observation group (P<0.05). The survival rate of the flaps in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The excellent rate of skin repair effect of the observation group was 97.8%, which was higher than 77.3% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Abdominal vascular pedicled skin flap in repairing skin defects from hand injury has high survival rate of the flaps and satisfactory skin repair effect, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
