腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 分析腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 将68 例手部皮肤软组织缺损患者随 机分为两组，对照组33 例行传统带蒂腹部皮瓣转移修复术，观察组35 例行腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复术，比较两组的修 复效果。结果 两组患者皮瓣均全部成活。治疗后10 d，观察组BFPI、WMT 明显低于对照组，且PU、VRBC 明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组对手部活动范围、手部感觉功能、修复后手部外观情况、整体治疗情况的满意度均明显高于对照组（P< 0.05）。观察组手部感觉功能S3~S4 级占比明显高于对照组，S2 级占比低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修 复手部皮肤软组织缺损皮瓣成活情况良好，患者手部功能及感觉均改善明显，值得推广。

Clinical efficacy of peroneal artery perforator flap free graft for repairing hand skin soft tissue defects

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of peroneal artery perforator flap free graft for repairing hand skin soft tissue defects. Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with hand skin soft tissue defects were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (n=33) was treated with the traditional abdominal pedicle flap repair surgery, the observation group (n=35) was treated with peroneal artery perforator flap free graft surgery, the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The patients`` flap of both groups all survived. At 10 d after treatment, the BFPI and WMT in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the PU and VRBC were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The rates of satisfaction with respect to hand range of motion, hand sensory function, hand appearance after repair and overall treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The proportion of sensory function S3-S4 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the S2 proportion was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Through peroneal artery perforator flap free graft for repairing hand skin soft tissue defects, the patients`` flap all survived well, the patient``s hand function and feel improved significantly, it is worth promoting.
