超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体植入术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的效果研究

摘要：

目的 研究超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体植入术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的青光眼200 例 患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各100 例。对照组患者行小梁切除术，观察组患者行超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体植入术。比 较两种手术的临床效果。结果 术后，两组患者的视力和眼压均明显优化，且术后6 个月的视力和眼压明显优于术后3 个月 和术前，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后3 个月及术后6 个月视力和眼压均明显优于对照组，差异均具有 统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体植入术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的临床效果显著，术后有效控制了 患者的眼压在正常范围，缩短了患者视力恢复的时间，缓解了青光眼患者的痛苦，提高了患者的生活质量。

Effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation on primary angle closure glaucoma

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation on primary angle closure glaucoma. Methods A total of 200 patients with glaucoma treated in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received trabeculectomy, and the observation group received phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The clinical effects of the two operations were compared. Results After surgery, the visual acuity and intraocular pressure of both groups significantly optimized, and the visual acuity and intraocular pressure at 6 months after operation were significantly better than those at 3 months and before operation, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The visual acuity and intraocular pressure in the observation group at 3 months and 6 months after operation were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for primary angle closure glaucoma is significant. It can effectively control the intraocular pressure in the normal range, shorten the recovery time of visual acuity in patients, ease the pain of glaucoma in patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
