针刺背俞穴联合百笑灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

摘要：

目的 观察针刺背俞穴联合百笑灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 将60 例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者按照完全随机 分组的原则分为针刺组（30 例）和针刺百笑灸组（30 例）。针刺组取穴肝俞、胆俞、脾俞、胃俞，针刺百笑灸组以针刺加百笑灸 治疗，取穴同针刺组。评价两组患者的中医症状积分。结果 治疗后，针刺百笑灸组的中医症状积分改善情况优于针刺组（P<0.05）。针刺百笑灸组愈显率为76.7%，高于针刺组的43.3%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针刺背俞穴联合百笑灸治 疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有一定的协同作用，可能存在增效作用。

Clinical observation of acupuncture of Beiyuxue and Baixiao moxibustion in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture of Beiyuxue and Baixiao moxibustion in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Sixty patients were divided into acupuncture group (30 cases) and acupuncture with Baixiao acupuncture group (30 cases) according to the principle of completely randomized. The acupoint selection in the acupuncture group were ganyu, danyu, piyu, weiyu; the acupuncture with Baixiao acupuncture group was given acupuncture and Baixiao moxibustion for treatment, and the acupoint selection was same as the acupuncture group. The TCM symptom scores of patients in the two groups were evaluated. Results After treatment, the improvement of TCM symptom scores in the acupuncture with Baixiao acupuncture group were better than those in the acupuncture group (P<0.05). The increasing rate of the acupuncture with Baixiao acupuncture group was 76.7%, which was higher than 43.3% of the acupuncture group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture of Beiyuxue and Baixiao moxibustion in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has a certain synergy, there may be a synergistic effect.
