健脾通络汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果观察

摘要：

目的 分析健脾通络汤对于慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗效果。方法 选取我院收治的280 例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，随机 分为观察组和参照组，各140 例。参照组采用常规西药治疗法，观察组采用健脾通络汤治疗，两组均治疗12 周，对比分析两 组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，两组患者的病理组织积分均改善，且观察组优于参照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的中医症 候积分均降低，且观察组低于参照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著优于参照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 健脾通络汤能够有效改善慢性萎缩性胃炎，临床效果显著。

Clinical observation of Jianpi Tongluo decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Tongluo decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods A total of 280 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and reference group, with 140 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine, the observation group was treated with Jianpi Tongluo decoction, both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, pathological tissue scores in both groups improved, and those in the observation group were better than the reference group (P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of both groups decreased, and that of the observation group was lower than the reference group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Tongluo decoction can effectively improve chronic atrophic gastritis, it has significant clinical effect.
