应用腹膜透析液结肠透析配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效观察

摘要：

目的 观察应用腹膜透析液结肠透析配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭（CRF）的疗效。方法 将60 例CRF 患者随机分 为对照组和治疗组，对照组予以西医基础治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上应用腹膜透析液行结肠透析及中药保留灌肠治疗。比 较两组的临床疗效和生化指标的改善情况。结果 治疗后，治疗组总有效率为76.67%，明显高于对照组的53.33%（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组的BUN、Scr、UA 水平均明显优于治疗前和对照组（P<0.05）。结论 腹膜透析液结肠透析配合中药保留灌肠治 疗CRF 具有显著效果，能够有效地改善临床症状，延缓肾功能损害，具有一定的应用价值。

Efficacy observation of colon dialysis using peritoneal dialysis solution combined with TCM retention enema

in the treatment of chronic renal failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the efficacy of colon dialysis using peritoneal dialysis solution (PDS) combined with TCM retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods Sixty patients with CRF were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with western medicine. The treatment group was treated with colon dialysis using PDS combined with TCM retention enema on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and the improvement of biochemical indexes of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%, which was significantly higher than 53.33% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of BUN, Scr and UA in the treatment group were significantly better than those before treatment and in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Colon dialysis using PDS combined with TCM retention enema in the treatment of CRF has a significant effect, it can effectively improve clinical symptoms, delay renal damage, which has a certain value.
