冬病夏治穴位注射加贴敷治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探究冬病夏治穴位注射加贴敷治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法 选择我院收治的80 例慢性阻塞性 肺疾病患者为研究对象，其中选择40 例在三伏天进行穴位注射加贴敷治疗的患者为观察组，选择40 例因各种原因不能在三 伏天进行穴位贴敷但在我院就诊的患者作为对照组。观察两组患者的治疗效果和肺功能改善情况。结果 本研究结果显示，观察 组患者治疗后的总有效率为92.5%，高于对照组的72.5%（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组的FEV1/pre、FEV1/FVC 均高于治疗前与对照 组（P<0.05）。结论 穴位注射加贴敷能够明显改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床症状，降低发病率，改善患者生活质量。

Clinical observation of treating the winter``s disease in summer with acupoint injection combined with sticking in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of treating the winter``s disease in summer with acupoint injection combined with sticking in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects. Among them, 40 cases who were treated with acupoint injection and sticking on the hottest summer days were selected as the observation group, 40 cases who could not accept acupoint sticking on the hottest summer days for various reasons but also treated in our hospital were selected as the control group. The treatment effects and pulmonary function improvement in the two groups were compared. Results The results of this study showed that, after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, which was higher than 72.5% of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). After treatment, FEV1/pre, FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint injection combined sticking in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the incidence of disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
