补肾纳气散加减治疗虚喘证54例疗效观察

摘要：
目的 观察补肾纳气散加减方案应用于治疗虚喘证患者的临床有效性。方法 选取2014 年1 月至2016 年3 月在我院接 受专业治疗的虚喘证患者54 例，患者按中医辨证分为肺虚型、肾虚型、元阳欲脱型。患者均采用补肾纳气散加味辨证治疗， 分析患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，54 例患者中，治愈40 例（74.07%），好转9 例（16.67%），无效5 例（9.261%），治疗总有效 率为90.74%（49/54）。结论 补肾纳气散加减治疗虚喘证患者的疗效显著，值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical observation of modified Bushen Naqi power in the treatment of 54 cases of deficiency asthma syndrome

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Naqi power in the treatment of patients with deficiency asthma syndrome. Methods Fifty-four patients with deficiency asthma syndrome who received professional treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 were selected. According to the TCM differentiation, the patients were divided into lung deficiency type, kidney deficiency type and syncope of Yang deficiency type. Patients were treated with modified Bushen Naqi power, the treatment effects were analyzed after treatment. Results After treatment, of the 54 patients with deficiency asthma syndrome, 40 cases (74.07% ) were cured, 9 cases (16.67% ) were improved, 5 cases (9.261%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.74% (49/54). Conclusion Bushen Naqi power in the treatment of patients with deficiency asthma syndrome has significant curative effect, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
