颈椎消眩汤配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨颈椎消眩汤配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的104 例椎动脉型颈椎病患者 为研究对象，将患者按不同治疗方法分为观察组（n=53）和对照组（n=51）。对照组患者给予传统手法进行推拿治疗，观察组患 者在对照组基础上给予颈椎消眩汤。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为94.3%，明显高于对照组 的84.3%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的眩晕、头痛评分、基底动脉及椎动脉收缩期峰流速均优于治疗前，且观察组明显优于 对照组（P<0.05）。结论 椎动脉型颈椎病颈椎消眩汤配合推拿治疗，患者眩晕、头痛症状改善良好，临床效果满意。

Clinical effect of Jingzhui Xiaoxuan decoction combined with massage in patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jingzhui Xiaoxuan decoction combined with massage in patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis. Methods A total of 104 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were divided into observation group (n=53) and control group (n=51) according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with traditional manipulation for massage treatment, and the observation group was given Jingzhui Xiaoxuan decoction combined with massage. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.3%, which was higher than 84.3% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the vertigo and headache scores, basilar and vertebral artery systolic peak velocity of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Jingzhui Xiaoxuan decoction combined with massage in patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis can improve the vertigo and headache of the patients, which has significant clinical effect.
