16 层螺旋CT与DR胸片对肋骨骨折的临床诊断效果比较

摘要:

目的 比较16 层螺旋CT 与DR 胸片对肋骨骨折的临床诊断效果。方法 选取我院2014 年1 月至2016 年12 月治疗的 60 例肋骨骨折患者,分别给予患者于16 层螺旋CT 与DR 胸片检查,并将其结果与手术结果进行比较,分析肋骨骨折的分布 情况,同时比较两种方法检测的准确率和漏诊率。结果 螺旋CT 共检出骨折数121 处,总检出率为94.53%,DR 胸片共检出 骨折数108,总检出率为84.38%,螺旋CT 的肋骨骨折总检出率明显高于DR 胸片(P<0.05)。经16 层螺旋CT 检测出骨折的 确诊率96.67%,明显高于经DR 胸片检测的88.33%(P<0.05);经16 层螺旋CT 检查的漏诊率为3.33%,明显低于经DR 胸片 检查的11.67%(P<0.05)。结论 相对于DR 胸片,16 层螺旋CT 对肋骨骨折的检出率与确诊率高,漏诊率低,对临床诊断更具 有判断力,适于临床应用。

    Comparison of diagnosis effects of 16 slice CT and DR films in rib fracture

    ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the diagnosis effect of 16 slice CT and DR films in rib fracture. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016, 60 patients with rib fractures in our hospital were selected, and 16 slice spiral CT and DR films examination were conducted in the patients, and the results were compared with surgical results, the distribution of rib fractures was analyzed, and the accuracy detection and missed diagnosis rate with the two methods were compared. Results A total of 121 fractures were detected with spiral CT, and the total detection rate was 94.53%; while the DR films fractures were 108, the total detection rate was 84.38%; the total detection rate of rib fractures with spiral CT was significantly higher than that with DR (P<0.05). The diagnosis rate of fractures detected by 16 slice spiral CT was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 88.33% by DR films (P<0.05). The misdiagnosis rate by 16 slice spiral CT was 3.33%, which was significantly lower than 11.67% by DR films (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with DR films, 16 slice spiral CT has high rib fracture detection rate and low missed diagnosis rate in rib fracture, with more judgmental clinical diagnosis, which is suitable for clinical application.
