肠梗阻患者围术期综合护理的应用效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨综合护理在肠梗阻患者围术期中的应用效果。方法 选取2015 年3 月至2016 年4 月我院收治的肠梗阻手术 患者100 例为研究对象，以随机信封法分为对照组与综合组，各50 例。对照组采取围术期常规护理，综合组采取围术期综合 护理，对两组患者护理效果进行观察对比。结果 综合组患者的手术时间、肠道功能恢复时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对 照组，GIQLI 评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。综合组患者的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者的复发率比较，无 明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 综合护理可促进肠梗阻患者肠道功能恢复，减少围术期并发症，值得临床推广。

Effect observation of perioperative comprehensive nursing in patients with intestinal obstruction

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing in patients with intestinal obstruction. Methods From March 2015 to April 2016, 100 patients with intestinal obstruction in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and divided into control group and comprehensive group with random envelope method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with perioperative routine nursing , the comprehensive group received perioperaive comprehensive nursing, the nursing effects were observed and compared in the two groups. Results The operation time and recovery time of intestinal function in the comprehensive group were shorter than those in the control group, the bleeding volume during operation was less than that in the control group, the GIQLI score was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The overall complication rate of patients in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can promote the recovery of intestinal function and reduce perioperative complications in patients with intestinal obstruction, which is worth popularing.
