妇科护理中患者隐私的有效保护分析

摘要：

目的 研究与探讨当前妇科护理中患者隐私的保护现状。方法 本研究选取我院收治的100 例妇科患者作为研究对象 进行问卷调查，分析100 例患者对隐私的认知度、对隐私泄露途径的认知情况及隐私保护满意度等。结果 本组患者都对自 己的隐私高度重视，不同文化水平、年龄、婚史等患者对隐私的认知度存在明显差异（P<0.05）。不同年龄、文化水平、婚史患 者对隐私泄露的途径认知度比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。患者对隐私部位的保护、病史病情的保密、病历等个人资料 的保守及私人空间维护的满意度分别为89.0%、85.0%、89.0%、86.0%。结论 临床应采取相关措施加强妇科护理过程中的隐 私保护，从而进一步提升患者对隐私保护的满意度。

Effective protection analysis of the patients`` privacy in gynaecology department nursing

ABSTRACT: Objective To study and discuss the current status of nursing in the patients`` privacy protection of gynaecology department nursing. Methods In this study, 100 cases of patients in gynaecology department of our hospital were selected as the objects for questionnaire survey, and the privacy awareness, cognitive status of privacy disclosure pathway and satisfaction rate of privacy protection of 100 patients were analyzed. Results All the 100 patients were highly concerned about their privacy, and there were significant differences in the level of privacy recognition among patients with different educational levels, ages and marital history (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in recognition of privacy disclosure pathway among patients with different ages, educational level and marital history (P>0.05). The satisfactory
rates of protection of private parts, confidentiality of medical history, conservative of personal data and maintenance of private space were 89.0%, 85.0%, 89.0% and 86.0% respectively. Conclusion It is important to strengthen the privacy protection in gynecological nursing process, so as to improve the patients`` satisfactory of privacy protection.
